Portuguese Nationality Law 2026 — Survey of Affected ARI and D Residence Program ParticipantsLei da Nacionalidade 2026 — Inquérito a Participantes Afetados dos Programas ARI e D

This short survey helps the SJC association working group understand who has been affected by the 2026 Nationality Law changes — both applicants in process and residence card holders across the ARI and D programs — so the legal strategy can be shaped around real numbers and real situations. About 5 minutes. Most questions are multiple choice — ranges are fine, and you may skip anything you prefer not to answer. Este breve inquérito ajuda o grupo de trabalho da associação SJC a compreender quem foi afetado pelas alterações de 2026 à Lei da Nacionalidade — tanto candidatos em processo como titulares de cartão de residência dos programas ARI e D — para que a estratégia legal seja moldada com base em números e situações reais. Cerca de 5 minutos. A maioria das perguntas são de escolha múltipla — intervalos são suficientes e pode ignorar o que preferir não responder.
